  • A security deposit and valid government-issued ID may be required.

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period starts from the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.
  • Late returns will incur additional daily charges.

4. Security Deposit

5. Care and Responsibility

  • The renter is responsible for the jewelry from the time of delivery until its return.
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage may lead to full or partial forfeiture of the security deposit or additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after dispatch or for early returns.

7. Ownership

All rented jewelry remains the property of Altin . The renter shall not attempt to sell, pawn, or modify the item in any way.

8. Use Restrictions

  • Jewelry is to be worn for personal use only.
  • Renter shall not sub-rent or allow others to use the rented items.

9. Liability

Altin is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages caused by the use of the rented jewelry.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
